What We'll Experience Together
We'll begin by arriving together — grounding into the space and setting intention as a collective. From there, you're free to follow what feels good in your body.
Community Drum Circle
Facilitated by Nancy Frenk, facilitator for more than 30 years, we'll use rhythm as a way to connect — both within ourselves and with each other. The drum doesn't ask for skill. It only asks you to show up. No experience needed.
Guided Movement Journey
This is your space to move freely, release energy, and let your body lead. Not choreography — an invitation. However you move is exactly right.
Self-Expression Stations
For those called to create rather than move: body adornment with tattoo markers, a crown-making station, and space to explore your individuality in a playful, low-pressure way. Your expression, your rules.
Nourishment
Light, nourishing snacks will be available throughout the day to keep you grounded and energized. Add on at registration or purchase on-site.

Emotions are energy in motion. When anger and frustration have nowhere to go, they can become stuck inside us. Join us at a local gym where a personal trainer will guide us through boxing and physical exercises to safely release stress and move energy through the body. Together we’ll create a supportive space to witness each other’s fire—and the compassion and joy that can rise once it’s moved.

Join us for our annual Friendsgiving celebration—a cozy evening of shared food, gratitude, and connection with our Kinnect community. This year we’ll also take time to honor the ancestors who came before us, remembering the stories, strength, and love that continue to shape our lives as we gather around the table as chosen family.
